British buyers, in particular, are drawn to large properties near the coast and in the northern part of Alicante province. The Costa Blanca's competitive prices, pleasant climate, and rich cultural and leisure offerings make it a preferred destination for foreign investors looking to invest in real estate.

The Maryvilla area in Calpe stands out as having the highest foreign demand, with 72% of residents coming from countries like the UK and the Netherlands. Torrevieja, on the other hand, offers a wide range of urbanisations and attractive areas for buyers. Popular spots include Los Frutales, Playa del Cura, Cabo Cervera, and Las Piscinas Naturales.

Swedish buyers are increasingly interested in Torrevieja and Orihuela, where international demand ranges from 52% to 65%. The Orihuela Costa area, including Cabo Roig, La Zenia, and Playa Flamenca, is also highly sought after by foreigners. Moraira, in particular, is a favorite among Dutch buyers, with demand reaching up to 65% in areas like Moravit-Cap Blanc and the town center.

Other towns like El Campello and Guardamar are also popular among foreign buyers, with specific interest from the Dutch and Swedes, respectively. A notable trend is the growing presence of Polish buyers, who now represent 60% of real estate demand in the La Mata area of Torrevieja.
